Account Manager

Associated Administrators is seeking an Account Manager to manage service to clients by ensuring regulatory compliance and working with internal departments to implement directives.


Report to assigned Account Executive(s) and provide direct assistance to the Account Executive(s)

Organize and maintain client records

Coordinate communication with clients and professional contacts

Maintain logs, worksheets, and reports

Attend client meetings to take notes and assist Account Executive(s)

Partner, provide support, and maintain open communication channels with internal departments

Assist internal departments in development, review, update, and maintenance of client specific standard operating procedures

Coordinate internal implementation of new vendors

Review invoices for adherence to contracts, approve for payment, track payments, and prepare invoice lists for client meetings

Compile meeting materials for presentation at client meetings

Review and proofread client financial statements and Administrative Manager Reports
