Participant Services Representative  

The Participant Services Department has an opening for a full time Participant Services Representative in the Sparks office. This position requires, among other things, computer literacy, good keyboarding skills, good organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and the ability to communicate well with participants, professionals, and colleagues.  A Participant Services Rep must also possess a great deal of patience and the capacity to learn the many different plans of benefits and communicate this knowledge to participants.  This person must also model the principles of the Company’s Mission Statement.  Fluency in Spanish is an asset.

The schedule for this position is 40 hours weekly, 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
