Assistant Account Manager (#405) – The Accounts Division has an opening for an Assistant Account Manager to provide administrative assistance to an Account Executive and Account Manager in the Sparks office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Report to assigned Account Executive and provide direct assistance to the Account Executive and Account Manager
• Organize and maintain client records
Maintain logs, worksheets, and reports
Review invoices for adherence to contracts, approve for payment, track payments, and prepare invoice lists for client meetings
Compile meeting materials for presentation at client meetings
Create and format letters, emails, minutes, presentation materials, and reports
Review and proofread client reports
Assist with the scheduling of travel arrangements and client meetings
Assist with the completion of expense reports
Assist with the gathering and coordination of information for research

Essential Skills and Requirements
• Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and deadline driven environment
• Ability to maintain confidential workplace information
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of health and pension benefit plans
• High School Diploma
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative support professional

Technical Support Analyst (#407) – The Information Technology Department has an opening for a Technical Support Analyst in our Sparks office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement the daily production processes of data and reports on computer systems
• Provide timely response and solutions to problems
• Perform program and software problem resolution and analyze systems problems to determine software errors and determine corrective measures
• Develop forms, reports, and other ad hoc documents for users and management
• Coordinate electronic transfer of data as necessary

Essential Skills and Requirements
• Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office suite applications, production systems, and network connectivity
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a varied workload
• Demonstrated ability to provide computer training
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, in person and by telephone
• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or professional IT certification
• 4 to 6 years of work related experience in the IT field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Highly Preferred Skills and Requirements
• Experience in Benefit Administration Software and basys, Inc.
• Knowledge of UNIDATA, Java and SQL
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree
